I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things . I consider them rubbish, that i may gain Christ. Philippians 3:8

Here comes the fall decor.

Love, Love to decorate for fall. It leaves your house with just a cozy feeling all around. I have things that i always take out of storage to re-deco but... there is always room for a trip down to TJ maxx, Ross and Jo-anns to pick up some new goodies. Happy fall decorating. Go ahead go pumpkin crazy its only once a year.

Above the fire place mantel area i put a couple of fall topiary trees. Right next to my famous saying. H.T.H.I (had to have it!) TJ-maxx.

Mr. Francois Bunny has gone shopping for a funky little gourd. Dillon picked it out a the local grocery store. I think i have seen them a Wal-mart.

I picked this expandable hat rack at the thrift store for only .50 cents! Hot Dog! I wanted a little coat and backpack rack for the kids. This was perfect in color and it went nicely right next to the garage door. Oh, and it looks so cute and the kiddie height. Yea! thrift stores .

Good times! Fall times!

Yea! it is fall time again. It is most beautiful here in the autumn. The trees literally morph into warm colors. The air is chilly and breezy. It is time for some turkey chile. We did our annual pumpkin patch day and had a good time. We love this patch called Belmont farms. They have farm animals, hot cider and homemade goodies. I feel that fall is a time when the Lord really shows His love to His creation. Sometimes in the business of life we need to STOP, look and the message of Gods love through the season change and have a worshipful awe moment. Be thankful and smell the fresh pumpkin spice air of God's love. Much blessings.

My beautiful sweet pumpkin Mia ready to go into the pumpkin farm.

The kids discovered a chicken coupe. We had to take a picture next to it for auntie Kylie and her future chicken dreams

Mia just running free! Dillon and Mia taking great pictures for mommie.

Riding in the wagon to the pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins. It was so bumpy like a real wagon ride.

We had a good'ole time. They had a kids area so the kids let out some steam before the long trek home. Now we have to do some pumpkin carving when we get home. Good times!

5k run day!

Well, I am finally getting some progress done here. Yea! I have some pictures from the Susan Komen 5k run day. We got up so early that day to get in Virginia Beach at 7:30am. It was all worth it!

I wrote my moms name on my back where you could show who you were running for.

I had my shirt and the kids shirt's custom made before the run. It was soooo windy and cold that early morning in Virginia Beach that we had to wear warm clothes. The front of my shirt said "my mom is a survivor.I run for her" .

Dillon and Mia out in the burr burr cold supporting mom and nani.

There were like millions of people at the start line you could not even start to run until about 4 min into the run. It was great!

My photographer "Ryan" got some interesting pictures of me as i crossed the finish line. I teased him a lot afterwords calling Paparazzi Ryan. It was like he was hiding to get my picture? Still love ya babe.

We love you nani!

Dillon participated in the kids "dash for the cure race" he did very well of course! He had lots of fun too.

We all had a great time and enjoyed some good family time. We wished Nani was there to be with us but, we loved supporting the cause that helped us still have her to love for a loonngg time.God's blessings Nani! Amo.
